Fladrafinil vs Adrafinil vs Flmodafinil

Fladrafinil, or CRL 40941 has neuropsychopharmacological properties similar to those of adrafinil, or CRL 40028 which is a known psychotronic agent. It is different from the latter by its anti-aggressive properties and its effect with reference to electric shock. It is also observed that Fladrafinil or CRL 40941 presents another advantage over adrafinil regarding assimilation by the oral route; in fact, fladrafinil, as a psychotronic agent, is clearly almost two times more effective by the oral route, in the rat and in man, then adrafinil.
The liver helps to metabolize fladrafinil into its useful form of modafinil. It helps people with improving the way their brain operates as they are trying to focus and retain alertness. Fladrafinil also affects the central nervous system and helps to prevent the reuptake of dopamine in the brain. Though it is not fully clear how this class of drugs works, it has been proven to help people overcome their daytime sleepiness or work third shift jobs without feeling sleepy during their night shift.

Fladrafinil is known to have minor to zero side effects, provided the recommended dosage and frequency are adhered to over a limited span of time. This drug should is NOT intended for extended usage.

Fladrafinil is three to four times more effective than adrafinil. It is recommended that when beginning treatment with Fladrafinil, an introductory dose between thirty to eighty mgs be consumed over fourteen to sixteen hours.

By comparison, such a dosage is considered moderate in the case of adrafinil. The introductory dose of Fladrafinil should be gradually scaled up as the system demonstrates acceptance of the drugs.’
